On my most recent visit I would give them a one star rating. It took them 3 minutes to come to the counter then another 12 before I got my order that they messed up then had to wait some more for them to fix it.
Its a fast food chain Restraunt. They do have a veggie burger that is not on the menu though. Its really good so there is that option if you are vegetarian
Haven't eaten here in a while, but it was one of the better bk's. 2 drink stations, indoor play area, 2 tvs with open gas station and convenience store attached. tip park on the back to find shade, walk through store. seating typical bk; not as comfortable as mcd's. service can be slow as you watch drive thur.
So I go into this establishment that calls themself a Burger King. First, I stand there for 5 minutes watching the cashier pack her stuff to leave. Then the manager looks over at me and tells a woman to go to the front and take my order. The woman had no idea how to run the register. I asked for the new Farmhouse sandwich. I was immediately told that cannot make one at this time. So you're telling me that Burger King releases a new burger and suddenly they can't make one. I said okay then why isn't there a sign posted saying that you cannot make this burger at this time. The whole reason that my family wanted to eat there was to try the new burger despite all of the poor customer service we have received in the past from this establishment. Every single time I go here they have messed something up in my order. I asked them for a bacon King no cheese extra pickles. I received the first time a bacon King with cheese and no pickles. I would completely understand if they were busy and got the order mixed up but I was the only one standing there and nobody was in the Drive-Thru. So I politely asked them to remake my burger because I cannot eat cheese. Then the manager walks over and told me that she would remake the burger the right way. After receiving my burger again there was no cheese and no pickles. How hard is it to make a hamburger the way a customer asks. Isn't there motto have it your way? After receiving the burger again I was disgusted to find that the french fries were cold, the two double cheeseburgers that I ordered with only ketchup have mayonnaise and pickles on them, and that the drink Machine was out of 90% of the drinks. This is by far the worst Burger King to ever go to. If you would like to go to Burger King I would advise not going to this one and drive a few miles down the road to the one in Greer where they actually get your order right the first time, have really good customer service, and actually care about their image and the customer. I hope this helps someone else refrain from the stress of this so-called establishment.
Chicken sandwich was hard, thin and little lettuce. Nothing like their pictures. Ketsup was out had to ask for packets.
