Fresh food and great service with a smile. I ordered a bo-berry biscuit and before giving me one the young man realize the one they had up wasn't fresh. He called to the back for a fresh one.
The manager on shift right now needs to be fired. I called to complain because they messed up a simple order. Which is so hard to belive as their jobs are literally the easiest jobs period. I told the manager that the person at the window was incompetant. The manager cut me off and said dont talk to me that way. Is this guys really so soft that the word incompetent hurt his feelings. If so why is this clown even working, he should be home with mommy. I then said im not speaking to you in any disrespectful way, so the child hung up on me. I called back to get his name, he refused to give me his name and hung up again. I called one more time and some lady answered the phone and said can you call back later for the managers name we are too busy to give it to you right now. R u kidding me you disrespectful location. There was lime 2 people there. Absolutely pathetic how soft people are now a days.
Friendly staff, but the food was not up to par. The biscuits were very presentable but hard as rocks. When I sent them back for more, they gave me more hard biscuits. They didn't give me my drink, and they left out the honey packs which i asked for several times. Had to park, get out the car, and go inside to correct my order. It was very inconvenient.
I typically have a good experience at this store. However, today was a different story. I was the only person in line as I approached the counter. A friend saw me and said hi. I responded to my friend whom I was not expecting to see there. In the middle of me speaking to another person, the woman behind the counter interrupted me to ask me "you ready to order yet?" I was raised that it is rude to talk over another person. I was the customer, she was the server as in there to serve me. I will probably still eat bojangles, but I will probably drive the extra couple of miles to go to one that knows what service is and how to correctly serve people.
